Peak Interiors has been doing business in the High-End Residential and Commercial Markets of Eagle, Summit, and Pitkin counties of Colorado for over 25 years. With President, Randy Reiter and Secretary / Treasurer, Glen Brown having a combined experience of over 80 years, you can feel assured that they can help you solve problems to ensure that you have a successful project. Our estimates are based on extensive field experience, which enables us to foresee possible problems. Therefore estimates are more accurate than others, which can be more cost effective in the long term.

Our Capable Crew

Peak Interiors also employs some of the most experienced framers, hangers, finishers and plasterers in the Rocky Mountain region. Our team has completed a variety of different projects, at times employing crews close to 65 workers.

Seth Neitzel

Project Manager
Seth started with Peak Interiors, Inc in the Fall of 2016. His experiences include work at the West River Community Center in Dickinson, ND and assistant project manager with Custom Drywall at US Bank in Minneapolis, MN. Look to Seth for submittals, pricing changes, change order requests, RFI’s, and close out documents.

Dakota Hegge

Secretary/Treasurer
Dakota was raised in the business. At age 14 , Dakota started with PML Constuction in Omaha, NE. He started out loading and stocking trucks, which got him familiar with materials. By age 18 he was out in the field. Dakota was recently the lead foreman, for us, at Steamboat Orthopedic. Other projects include Eagle County Airport; Summit County School District Renovations; and Cottonwood Public Works.

Kelly Phemister

Kelly has a broad range of experience in Metal Framing and Hanging Drywall that he developed in his 30+ years of experience. Although he is a Colorado Native, Kelly started out in Los Angeles with Santa Claira Interiors framing walls & ceilings on skyscrapers and hospitals. Kelly has also worked on St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. He has experience with schools, including CMC in Edwards and Spring Valley Campuses; an Elementary and Middle School in Parachute, CO, two elementary schools in Glenwood Springs, Pitkin County Library Addition and Renovation, and Aspen Clark’s Market Renovation. His experience also includes many residential homes, one of which is the Highlands Pond House. Recently, Kelly was the Foreman on Pitkin County Sheriff and Admin Facility and Aspen Ambulance District Facility .
